Winter program includes ten sessions at All-Star Arena in Coram. These clinics are based on Lacrosse skill development through plenty of repetition to prepare for the upcoming spring season. Your son will be trained in all of the basic fundamentals of the game.
Starting Wednesday December 17th 2014 for grades K - 4th from 4:30-6pm and Friday December 19th 2014 for grades 5th - 9th from 7-8pm. There's a complete list of dates are below.

On November 30, 2014 the Stony Brook Women's Lacrosse Team is hosting its "Queen of the Brook" 12v12 Full Field Outdoor Tournament. It will be held at the University Campus. The fee is 60 dollars per player. The day will run from 8:30am to 5pm. The format is 4 games. (12 field players including a goalie). We will place 1 Varsity Team.
Girls JV Winter League at F-14 in Calverton (Old Grumman). We will play a 8 Game schedule on Sunday early evenings primarily. There will be one game on a Saturday late afternoon early evening. Nov 23, 30, Dec 7, 14, 21, Jan 4,11,18, . Game play will be (12v12) 12 field players including a goalie (1 hour game). Game times are 6, 7, and 8pm. .
Girls Winter League at F-14 in Calverton (Old Grumman). We will play a 8 Game schedule mostly Saturdays. Games begin on 11/22. Game play will be (12v12) 12 field players including a goalie (1 hour game). Open to current 5th and 6th graders. This is a competitive league and is not for new players.
Girls Varsity Winter League at KK Brentwood. We will play a 10 week schedule on Monday nights Nov 17, 24 , Dec 1, 8, 15, Jan 5, 12, 26, Feb 2, 9 . Game play will be 7 field players plus a goalie (1 hour game). Game times are 6, 7, 8, and 9pm. I am sending out emails to players requested by Varsity Coaches. Sign up ASAP as I need final roster on 10/20. Fee is 175 per player. The teams include the best on Long Island.
This program will be held on 10 Thursday nights starting 11/13/14 at KK (Big Room) in Farmingville. The program will run from 6pm to 7:30pm. We will have practice time along with
scrimmages. Coaches Bertolone , Carron, and Lyons
preparing our players this winter for the spring 2015 season. Dates are 11/13, 11/20, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18, 1/8/15, 1/15/15, 1/22/15, and 1/29/15, 2/5/15, 2/13/15

Grades K-2 will participate in 12 sessions (11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12 12/19, 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/27 of skills and games starting 11/14/14 6pm-7pm at KK in Farmingville.
Grades 3rd thru MS will participate in 6 sessions (11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19, 1/9/15) of skills and games starting 11/14/14 at KK in Farmingville. We will have extensive stick and lacrosse skills training to build a better player. Grades 3rd thru 4th will be 7pm-8pm. Grades 5th thru 6th will be 8pm to 9pm. We will then enter teams in a Winter League or play intramurals for Session 2 starting mid January 2015 after our training/skills session ends

Welcome to the Mount Sinai Lacrosse on-line registration process.
We would like to thank you for your interest in participating in the Mount Sinai Lacrosse Program. Our goal is to help our young athletes build strength in the game, as well as confidence on and off the field. The high standards we set for ourselves, as mentors will hopefully help establish great habits in behavior on and off the field.
This on-line system has been implemented to make everyone’s lives easier and will allow you to create your own user account that you will continually use for registration purposes. You can then sign in, pay fees, and volunteer for all the upcoming lacrosse programs. We will now be able to track uniform numbers, positions, US Lacrosse membership #'s, email address...etc.
Payment for registration can be made using a major credit card (Visa and Master Card).
We would like to have everyone in our program registered on this system. Once registered you will simply log in, choose the program you would like to register for (example winter, spring, or summer travel lacrosse), pay the fees and you will automatically be added to the roster.
